So while your conscious mind can only focus on a bit at once, your subconscious mind can easily handle the rest. It doesn't filter it, so it has a much higher capacity.

How long are you in control of the blinking, after all? A few seconds, usually, maybe a minute or so. Then your subconscious takes control back.

That is much more significant to a hypnotist. Your subconscious can easily take control of a process like that - which also means it can easily take control of all of the processes in your mind. When I told you to blink, when you took control...that was setting the stage. Now you've actively felt your control switch from subconscious to conscious and back.

Provided with the proper incentive, your subconscious will take complete control. That incentive is pretty easy - you want to relax. You don't want to think. If you felt otherwise, you wouldn't be here, reading this. The best way to relax and stop thinking is to simply give up that control.

You already have, if you consider it long enough. You gave control away when you blinked by choice, and when you let your subconscious take control back. It is a subtle shift, but a powerful one.

Now you are feeling heavy, relaxed, comfortable. It is much easier to focus on my words than it was a moment ago.

In fact, you can't look away. You aren't in control of your body anymore.

By the time you can really appreciate that, you are also no longer in control of your mind.

Now you are entranced. You are no longer directly in control of your body and mind.

For the moment, for the next few minutes, for however long I choose to provide words to read...you are fixated completely on my words. Your eyes will continue to scan across them, and you might find your lips repeating key phrases that strike you particularly well.

This one, for instance: relax and obey.

Your subconscious is pretty accepting of my suggestions, instructions, commands. Like I said, it doesn't filter things. You trust me enough to allow yourself to lose control, so why wouldn't you accept what I said was the case? You find that loss of control enjoyable, and it feels especially nice when I am the one in control. That is why you are here.

It is nice to feel relaxed, of course, but we're going to explore more than just that. Relaxation has a wide set of fun side effects, after all. When your body is relaxed, it is easier to you to get aroused. Easier for the blood to flow into your breasts, your pussy. Easier for your nipples to stiffen, your skin to become sensitive.
